Another day About to get a quick run in here Nice little easy run It’s like 50’s And it’s not windy I think that’s why it’s nice Think I’ll Take a detour I feel like running is My fastest way back to fitness Cardiovascular wise Anything else I do I just can’t really Get back As fast as running I’m all for slow stabilization, foundation gradual increase Running man, can’t beat it I think I’m at that point where I gotta start walking every couple minutes or so Anything to get back Never want to push it just want to take it easy This is a crazy, awesome day I think grass is probably the best thing to run on Mulch, That soft dirt Great for the knees I feel bad for some of those City runners That’s all they run on Concrete Guess that’s why they make those Those HOKA’s sneakers I can’t wear headphones I have these dreams of sprinting in the woods just running through the trails so fun so fun You gotta keep going So terrible I got this nice little drill here, coming around this side of the Park Soon as I hit the fence here, I like to hit a nice little sprint It’s always fun to mark something on your run and There it is killer Felt alright Everyone’s jogging That’s what I like to see Felt the glutes there Considering I haven’t ran in a while Or else I’ll feel it in the morning On the way back here Walking, as you can see Never walked Now I’m walking We’re getting there That feeling of death pre-death Feels great And we’re going to rest That’s bad That is bad Taking a second here What am I saying Here we go I’m back in it Nice and easy I mean it’s great If you have a little consistency Every day or Every other day or every third day People don’t really realize that They think they did it In school Recess whatever And now you graduate highschool you finish college It’s like “yeah I did that I’m done” But It’s not like that Yeah Keep it going No bears today so That’s a plus
